Here is what I have done to make it interesting and meaningful!

Sharing my 15 years of experience in this post!

- You must have a clear agenda and do stick to it.

Don't let the meeting go off track or drag on for too long.

Make sure everyone knows what the meeting is about

And what the expected outcomes are.

- Involve everyone in the discussion.

Don't let one person dominate the conversation or ignore others' opinions.

Ask questions, solicit feedback, and encourage participation from everyone.

Make sure everyone feels heard and valued.

- Use visuals and interactive tools.

Don't rely on just words or slides to convey your message.

Use charts, graphs, images, videos, polls, quizzes, or games to make the meeting more engaging and memorable.

Make use of online platforms or apps that allow you to share your screen, chat, or collaborate in real time.

- Inject some humor and fun.

Don't be too serious or formal all the time.

Lighten up the mood with some jokes, anecdotes, or icebreakers.

Make the meeting enjoyable and relaxed for everyone.

Don't be afraid to laugh at yourself or make fun of common problems or challenges.

- Follow up and follow through.

Don't let the meeting end without a clear action plan or next steps.

Summarize the key points, decisions, and tasks from the meeting.

Assign responsibilities and deadlines to each person or team.

Send a follow-up email or message to remind everyone of what they need to do and when.

Meetings are always boring...
